We lack information about this event, in case anyone can help us out! There was apparently a British licensing fair at some point in 1996, where Titan comics debuted their own cover for the UK run of the TRAJQ comics. If you can tell us when or point us to any news articles, that would be fantastic. It's possible this was the Kidscreen European Licensing Fair Report.
